It so so sad when you want to return us something, but we love you more than the clothes, you know? Our goal here is only to make girls happy. Here is few easy steps:
1. Send us an email to email@example.com indicate your order number and the name of the item you would like to refund or exchange;
2. Pack an item and send with any preferable delivery company you want. Its has to be unworn, undamaged, unused of course (sorry if it hurts your feelings, but sometimes people wearing staff and sending it back, bummer). We need that tag to be on its place, attached. We can not refund you for an item that was personalised for you;
3. Any packaging like tags, cards, dusty bags, leather tags have to be returned too;
4. If by any change you received the item damaged - shoot us on this email: firstname.lastname@example.org;
5. Some staff can't be returned that easy or can't be returned at all, such as:
- Swim - sorry, its same as lingerie things, can't be shared, so if you did not like the colour, shape our quality - do not remove the protective sticker.
- Lingerie, tights, socks - this one we can't accept back, sorry, please advise our customer support to avoid any returns.
- Cosmetics - we only can accept it if its never opened, unused.
- Shoes - we would need that dusty bag, original box and any other accessories where in a box. Please make sure that there is no marks or scratches on the sole, otherwise someone else won't enjoy it.
6. As soon as we will receive an item, it will be checked and if it all cool - the original price (except shipping and your local tax costs) will be refunded right away on the same credit card or payment service, like PayPal. Once all done you will receive a confirmation email.
7. You have 14 days to make sure that you don't want this item anymore. Think twice!
8. Products with final sale (stock sale) are non refundable.
